The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction and project management, with a proven track record of success in managing ground-up and renovation construction projects from start to finish. This position requires frequent travel and frequent evening and weekend hours to manage owner occupied renovation projects.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, including scheduling, subcontractor management, and quality control Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports
Requirements:
