Project Superintendent Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

Job Summary:

The Superintendent will oversee the construction of multifamily projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing subcontractors, resources, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations. The Superintendent will coordinate closely with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle from planning to completion. Manage communication and coordination with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors. Ensure compliance with construction regulations and standards. Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules. Implement risk management procedures to mitigate potential issues. Supervise and manage subcontractors and construction crews. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field. Proven experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction standards, regulations, and safety protocols. Proficiency in project management software. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
