Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight:
Oversee and manage all aspects of plumbing installations, including field work, prefabrication.
Team Leadership:
Manage and lead plumbing field crews, ensuring they are on-site, properly trained, and follow safety protocols.
Coordination:
Coordinate with other trades (electrical, HVAC, etc.) to ensure smooth integration and avoid conflicts.
Blueprint Adherence:
Ensure all plumbing work adheres to blueprints, specifications, and applicable codes.
Safety:
Implement and enforce all safety protocols on the project site.
Budget and Schedule Management:
Monitor project costs and schedules, ensuring projects stay within budget and on time.
Quality Control:
Ensure the quality of plumbing work meets project standards and requirements.
Problem Solving:
Identify and address potential issues or conflicts that may arise on the project.
Tasks may include:
Reviewing Project Plans:
