What You’ll Do:

Lead on-site construction activities for commercial tilt-wall projects Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure timely delivery Enforce safety protocols and quality standards Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients Solve problems proactively and keep projects on track and within budget ?

What You Bring:

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction Strong expertise in tilt-wall construction projects, ideally over 100,000 sqft Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents OSHA certification preferred ????
