Safety Manager – Commercial Construction – Miami & Fort Lauderdale Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

Your company You’ll be part of a TOP construction company located in Miami with over 30 years of history, offices in Miami and projects all over the United States. Specialized in Commercial, Federal and other complex projects between 10M / +50M. Responsibilities Performing safety inspections/audits on project sites. Working hand in hand with office leadership to help further develop the safety culture. Conducting both in-person and virtual safety training and orientation. Safety pre-planning and lookaheads with different teams. Participation in project meetings. Ensuring Subcontractors’ compliance with OSHA regulations and training requirements. Authoring project-specific safety plans. Developing and implementing new training programs. Qualifications College degree in a safety-related discipline or similar studies. 3-10 years’ experience in Construction Safety. Bilingual Certifications not required, but preferred OSHA 500, CHST, CHSP, CSP, and/or other professional safety certifications.
