With responsibilities split between the main office andjob sites, this role is perfect for a hands-on professional eagerto oversee large-scale projects with scopes of $20M+.

KeyResponsibilities:
Project Planning:
Develop project objectives, procedures, and performancestandards within corporate policies during pre-plans. Review RFPs, specifications, and drawings to determine scopeand required estimating efforts. Plan, coordinate, and implement operational responsibilitiesfor project-specific estimating.
Project Execution and Monitoring:
Manage the paperwork and oversee all administrative andoperational aspects of projects. Spend 25% of the time at the main office and 75% on job sitesto ensure seamless project execution. Monitor and control projects through coordination with SiteOperations Managers to ensure compliance with contracts, schedules,and budgets. Investigate and resolve potentially serious situations,implementing corrective measures as needed.
Estimating and Financial Oversight:
Prepare estimates by calculating complete scope takeoffs. Manage financial aspects of contracts, including fees,payments, rental equipment, and income/expenses, to protect companyinterests while maintaining client satisfaction.
Client and Team Engagement:
Represent TG Constructors in project and negotiationmeetings. Monitor and support project managers, assistant projectmanagers, engineers, and site managers. Engage in business development efforts as needed.
Problem Resolution and Leadership:
Address challenges effectively, ensuring project goals aremet. Prepare and maintain baseline project schedules. Continuously expand professional knowledge and encourage teaminnovation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or arelated field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction design,finance, and management. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., RedTeam,Procore, Excel) is highly required. Strong understanding of construction practices, processes, andstandards. Experience managing multiple projects with $20M+ scopes invarious stages. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadershipskills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintainingattention to detail. Must pass a background check. Employer-matched 401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership Program(ESOP).
