TEAMWORK CONTRACTORS GROUP
Coral Gables, FL 33146 This position is based in our Florida division and requires expertise in multifamily housing, and other commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all site activities related to construction project on jobsite to successfully complete the project on schedule, within budget and maintaining the highest quality standards. Oversee all trade and field personnel required to successfully complete the project. Duties may vary.
- Enforce job site safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Supervise subcontractors, trades, and staff, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Must have experience in all trades, including earthwork, foundations, framing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing, drywall, painting, finishes, and more.
- Monitor construction methods, material stock, and orders to ensure continuous workflow.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
Proficiency in construction methods, materials, and regulatory compliance. Valid driver’s license required. 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial or multifamily co
