Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and specifications are met. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on the job site. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to quality standards. Manage the scheduling of labor and equipment to optimize productivity. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress updates. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, to provide updates and address concerns. Train and mentor site personnel on best practices and safety protocols. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Florida driver’s license and valid OSHA certification are required.
