We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee thefield operations of healthcare construction projects in Miami. Thisis a great opportunity to join a reputable general contractor witha strong portfolio in hospitals, medical office buildings, andoutpatient facilities. Client Details Our client is awell-established general contractor with decades of experiencedelivering complex, high-stakes healthcare projects across Florida.

Known for their commitment to safety, schedule, and quality, thisfirm works with major hospital systems and medical providers tobuild state-of-the-art healthcare environments. They foster ateam-first culture with a focus on long-term career development andrepeat business with trusted clients. Description Lead the on-siteexecution of healthcare projects from start to finish. Coordinatedaily with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors toensure adherence to plans, specifications, and schedules. Maintainstrict quality control and enforce safety protocols at all times.

Manage field documentation, including daily reports, inspections,and RFIs. Interface with healthcare facility representatives tocoordinate construction activities with minimal disruption toongoing operations. Conduct regular site meetings and ensure clearcommunication across all trades and stakeholders. Profile Minimum 5years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor. Musthave completed ground-up or renovation healthcare projects(hospital, surgery centers, MOBs, etc.). Proven knowledge of AHCAcompliance and healthcare safety protocols. Strong leadership andcommunication skills with the ability to drive performance on-site.

OSHA 30 certification preferred; CPR/First Aid a plus. Bilingual(English/Spanish) is a strong asset but not required. Job OfferCompetitive base salary in the $100k-$130k range, depending onexperience. Company truck or allowance, gas card, and phonestipend.
