The Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the company’s quality standards.
This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, managing site operations, and adhering to safety regulations while delivering exceptional results in various construction environments. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations on construction sites and ensure adherence to project plans.
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and labor crews to ensure efficient workflow.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safety-first culture on-site.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
Manage materials and equipment on-site and ensure proper inventory levels.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders including clients, architects, and engineers.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
Experience in managing projects in Condo, Multifamily, Apartment, Hotel, High Rise, or Hospitality Construction is a plus.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Benefits
