Superintendent of Construction Emm-Trace, Inc. 5791 NW 37th Avenue, Miami, FL 33142 Superintendent with experience in installation and supervision of team at construction sites, following building codes, and specs on drawings. Prepare and comply with job schedule. Rolls sleeves type of superintendent that teaches, supervises and push for completion with the highest quality.
- Organize and supervise the installation of the architectural/miscellaneous metals
- Arrange the hardware and equipment for the installation
- Ability to coordinate 4 jobs at a time
- Metal knowledge preferred
- Bilingual speaker preferred
- Ability to measure for balconies, stair railings, ramps, louvers, screens, among others
