  We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee our construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

The ideal candidate will manage onsite activities, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain a positive working environment. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations on the construction site
Manage and coordinate subcontractors and labor resources
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Monitor project progress and report to project managers
Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and standards are met
Assist in the scheduling of project timelines and deliverables
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction
Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety standards
Experience in residential, multifamily, and commercial construction
Skills in concrete shell and shell framing preferred
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
Relevant certifications and licenses in construction management Benefits
