The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining project timelines. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints effectively. Duties Supervise demolition operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow. Conduct site inspections to assess progress and adherence to project specifications. Review schematics and blueprints to plan demolition activities accurately. Perform construction inspections to ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Skills Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints. Knowledge of construction inspection standards and practices. Minimum 3 year experience in the demolition field.
