Your company You’ll be part of an over 40-years of history construction general contractor and development firm with offices in the Miami area, and projects all over South Florida and the US. Specialized in Commercial, Mid-Rise – Multifamily Mixed Use, Hospitality, Institutional projects over 100M. Qualifications B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience. 10-20 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor in Commercial, Mid / High Rises, Multifamily, Mixed-Use Developments or similar. Organized, time management, passionate and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role. Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software are important.
