Yulee, FL 32097 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a solid understanding of construction processes. This role requires effective communication, leadership, and the ability to coordinate multiple aspects of a project while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Applicant must have the ability to adapt to an ever changing demand and be able to effectively/efficiently prioritize their daily tasks. Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met. Utilize software tools such as Planswift for estimating costs and ProCore for project management documentation. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports and budget assessments. Manage project scheduling using tools like MS Project to optimize workflow and resource allocation. Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. Requirements Proven experience in construction project management with a strong understanding of the construction industry. Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, and MS Project is highly desirable. Strong skills in construction estimating, project coordination, and scheduling. Excellent blueprint reading abilities with a keen eye for detail. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
