What will I do in this role? Travel to job sites and complete Projects as lined out by Project managers. Manage project timelines, job site logistics, and resource allocation Perform pre-installation evaluations and ensure project readiness: Ensure the details are ironed out and the truck/trailer is organized and cleaned. Serve as the primary point of contact on-site for clients and contractors Maintain high standards of quality control and safety compliance across all installations, ensure organized workspace at all times. Track and report job progress, site conditions, and project milestones: Documentation via email using photos taken on the tablet to the Project Manager with Operations Manager and COO cc’d Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, vehicles, and safety equipment. Maintain high standards while representing the company to ensure your team is well groomed, following company standards and your equipment is cleaned and organized at all times. Provide on-the-job training and support to installation teams Address and resolve job site issues or delays as they arise, problem solving is a key quality to have in this role. Coordinate with internal teams including production, sales, and operations. Ensure proper communication as you are a representative of the company. Submit all job costing/ receipts to the appropriate person. Comply with all company policies and respect your fellow colleagues. What skills and experience do I need? You will thrive in this role if you excel in building relationships and delivering excellent quality results. We’re looking for someone with: High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in construction, fabrication, or field installation management (sports or specialty products industry a plus) Demonstrated leadership, project management skills and accountability Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and site plans Strong communication and problem-solving skills Valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record Understanding this role will require majority on the road travel. Ability to work outdoors in varied conditions and lift up to 75 lbs Team player with a great attitude and a company culture fit. What impact will I have on the company?
