The following is an overview of the role and what we are looking for in a successful candidate. Position Overview & Purpose The MDU Account Manager is the primary liaison between LiveOak Fiber and our portfolio of Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) and bulk HOA property partners. This customer-facing role is responsible for managing ongoing relationships with property managers, ensuring a seamless experience during and after service deployment, and coordinating communication between internal teams and property stakeholders. Essential Duties & Responsibilities 1. Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for property managers at MDU/HOA locations with existing or upcoming LiveOak Fiber service.
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Proactively communicate updates, service enhancements, and support information. 2. Project Coordination & New Deployments
  • Collaborate with internal teams (construction, installation, customer service, service delivery, marketing, and sales) to manage fiber and TV deployments.
  • Assist with scheduling construction and installation timelines with property managers.
  • Help plan and execute town hall meetings and resident engagement events.
  • Deliver marketing collateral and ensure materials are accurate and up to date on-site. 3. Issue Resolution & Support
  • Respond to property-level concerns or escalations, ensuring issues are documented, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Act as a conduit between the property and internal support teams for troubleshooting and follow-ups. 4. Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of communications, issues, and project status.
  • Provide regular updates to internal leadership on engagement, challenges, and opportunities. 5. Sales Support & Subscriber Penetration
  • Collaborate with the sales team to assist with retail access properties.
  • Support efforts to increase subscriber penetration by promoting LiveOak Fiber’s services to residents and managers. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of MDU environments and construction project coordination is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and project management tools.
  • Ability to travel regularly between Florida and Georgia markets. Basic Qualifications & Competencies
  • Proven experience in account management, client relations, or project coordination-preferably in telecommunications, property management, or a service-based industry.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications & Competencies
  • Experience in telecommunications, fiber optics, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with MDU or HOA environments.
  • Experience supporting customer deployments, events, or resident engagement. Physical Demands & Working Environment
