Summary:
We are seeking a proven results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in roofing or construction. This individual will identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with builders and developers, and expand existing partnerships to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients, focusing on builders, developers, and other construction industry stakeholders. Strengthen and expand current partnerships, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term collaboration. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets. Attend relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Work with Marketing, Operations, and Project Management to streamline partner onboarding and project delivery. Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the roofing/construction sector. Qualifications 3+ years in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the construction or roofing industry. Proven track record of hitting revenue targets Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, a proactive mindset, and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
