This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead the planning and implementation of commercial construction projects. Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Develop and maintain project schedules using construction management software. Review schematics and plans to ensure compliance with specifications. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues. Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring all terms are met. Utilize Bluebeam for document management and collaboration among team members. Prepare construction estimates and budgets for project proposals. Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Skills Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices. Proficiency in Civil 3D for design-related tasks. Experience with project scheduling tools to effectively manage timelines. Familiarity with construction estimating techniques for accurate budgeting. Ability to utilize construction management software such as Prolog for project tracking. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges as they arise. Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
