Posted April 15, 2025 We are a well-established and reputable mid-size commercial GC that has been operating in Orlando for 30 years. We have a diverse portfolio of local ground-up and renovation commercial projects with 99% of our work coming from repeat clients. We have seen consistent organic growth the past 2-3 years and are ready to hire 2 new superintendents that are looking for a long-term opportunity with a company that has proven ability to keep their employees happy. Position Overview
The Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires close collaboration with project managers, subcontractors, and clients, as well as strong leadership and communication skills to guide the construction team. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage daily operations on construction sites
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
Communicate with clients and project stakeholders regarding project status
Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work
Prepare and maintain construction schedules and budgets
Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience with commercial construction and tenant improvement projects preferred
Familiarity with medical facilities and tilt-up construction is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred Benefits Generous PTO
