Direct Hire About:

Support design teams during construction administration by verifying field conditions, ensuring compliance with project documents, and providing accurate on-site representation.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor construction for adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards Conduct existing conditions assessments and prepare as-built documentation Serve as on-site liaison with clients, contractors, and internal teams Maintain field reports, inspection logs, and site photos Travel to local and remote sites as needed; overnight stays may be required Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field 3-7 years of experience in construction administration or inspection services preferred Proficient in MS Office (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong understanding of construction practices, documentation, and coordination

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Able to stand/sit for long periods and climb ladders on active job sites Manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines under pressure Flexible to work overtime and handle high-stress situations professionally
