Must have 2- 3 years of experience in site work and be able to understand site work construction and the use of equipment on jobsites. Please see below for more details: Must be familiar with installing footers/rebar cages Must be familiar with clearing land and grading (site work) Must be familiar with using machines and understanding machine work Must be able to read and comprehend plans and building instructions to build playgrounds, shade structures, recreational sports equipment, fields and more Must be able to follow multiple steps at one time Must be able to operate hand/power/pneumatic tools Perform field work such as digging, assembling recreational equipment, directing haulers, pouring concrete, cleaning up, loading and unloading machines on trailers. Must be able to demonstrate safe working habits Implements safe workplace practices Observes markings on ground, hand signals, or grade stakes Adheres to all safety policies, procedures, and instructions from management Must have a clean/valid driver’s license and be able to pass Jessica Lungsford Act 40 plus hours a week 2-3 years of experience in site work No criminal background No smoking or vaping allowed Principals only.
