The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulations.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations on-site, ensuring smooth workflow. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and vendors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules. Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues promptly. Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients. Maintain accurate documentation and reports
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
