The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, with expertise in pipeline projects and a thorough understanding of safety regulations and standards. This role requires exceptional leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities Supervise all construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Review blueprints and project plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Prolog for project tracking and documentation. Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with OSHA standards to maintain a safe working environment. Manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts effectively to meet project goals. Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in construction management and safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of pipeline construction processes and techniques. Proficiency in using Bluebeam for document management and collaboration. Familiarity with Ohmmeters for electrical testing is a plus. Excellent blueprint reading skills to interpret technical drawings accurately. Solid understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.
