This is a strategic leadership role for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of preconstruction processes, cost management, and team development. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of high-profile commercial projects across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preconstruction team across multiple pursuits and project types, ensuring excellence in budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and constructability review. Collaborate closely with business development, operations, and design partners to drive winning strategies for project pursuits. Oversee the preparation of conceptual and detailed estimates from schematic design through final pricing. Develop and maintain client relationships by delivering an exceptional preconstruction experience and value-engineering expertise. Mentor and develop a high-performing preconstruction team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Participate in executive-level strategy sessions to guide the company’s growth and market positioning.

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in preconstruction or estimating within the commercial construction industry. Proven leadership in managing large-scale commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects- $100M+ in project budget. Strong knowledge of construction processes, cost estimating systems, and value analysis. Ability to engage confidently with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders at all levels.
