Minimum Qualifications:
5+ Years commercial/industrial electrical experience with at least 3 years in a leadership position Excellent leadership and communication skills High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with project management software (e.g Procore) Familiar with and able to use estimating and scheduling software Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and NEC Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills. Pass basic skill test
Preferred Qualifications:
OSHA 30 Certification Familiarity with electrical testing equipment. Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams. Journeymans /
Master License Leadership and Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously Conduct regular site visits and project meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and communicate updates. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting project key milestones and challenges. Lead and manage a team of electricians, overseeing the execution of electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks, while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Apply deep electrical knowledge to guide and support team members in solving complex electrical issues, offering technical expertise during project planning, implementation, and problem-solving. Assign and prioritize tasks based on electrical requirements, project timelines, and team members’ skill sets, ensuring optimal resource allocation. Lead by example in demonstrating strong leadership traits, such as accountability, problem-solving, decision-making, and a proactive approach to addressing issues or risks on-site. Monitor labor productivity and material usage to stay on budget and on time
