Preconstruction Estimator Orlando, FL Competitive Base SalaryBonus Standard Benefits A leading general contractor in the Orlandoarea is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Estimator to supporttheir growing pipeline of commercial projects. This role plays akey part in early project development, budgeting, and client-facingcollaboration. What You’ll Do Prepare detailed cost estimates forground-up commercial construction projects Collaborate with projectmanagers, architects, and engineers during preconstruction Solicitand evaluate subcontractor and vendor bids Assist in conceptual andschematic budgeting for new opportunities Track historical costdata and support value engineering efforts Participate in designdevelopment reviews and pre-bid meetings What We’re Looking For 5years of experience in estimating, preferably with a ground up oncommercial projects Strong understanding of construction means,methods, and market pricing Ability to break down drawings andspecs to develop accurate estimates Skilled in preconstructionsoftware (e.g., Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, Sage, etc.) Clearcommunicator and confident working in a team and client-facingenvironment Local to Orlando or open to relocation This GeneralContractor offers long-term stability, a strong regionalreputation, and a collaborative team environment.
