We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven Estimator/Preconstruction Manager to lead the early phases of project planning and pricing for high-performance glazing systems. This role is central to ensuring our projects launch with precision, from accurate cost assessments to effective coordination with project stakeholders and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive cost estimates by evaluating architectural plans, project specs, and market trends. Own the bid process-establish schedules, prepare detailed proposals, and ensure submissions meet all client and project requirements. Conduct job site visits to collect essential data and assess conditions for informed estimating and planning. Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, engineers, and field teams to align project scope, budgets, and timelines. Liaise with other subcontractors to streamline workflows and proactively address logistical or scheduling challenges.
