THE ROLE
Work with a team of project managers to ensure the successful delivery of mitigation, contents, reconstruction, and abatement projects Oversee quality control processes and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards Estimate, bid, and monitor the progress of large loss, water, fire, smoke, and other projects. Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as necessary. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and secure future busine
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for this position you will possess the following skills, attributes, and abilities: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent preferred. 10+ years of experience in construction or restoration project management, with a focus on large loss disaster restoration Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale mitigation, contents, reconstruction, and abatement projects. Experience with insurance restoration repairs and managing subcontractors. Advanced Xactimate Certification is preferred.
