We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results while fostering a culture of growth and development for our employees Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires effective leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Duties Manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers, providing clear instructions and guidance. Oversee project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks while adhering to project timelines. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to schematics and blueprints. Manage budget & take offs Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, change orders, and project reports. Manage RFI’s & Submittals associated with projects under their supervision. Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work meets industry standards and client expectations. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols on-site. Experience Proven experience in construction management. Proven experience in structural concrete, masonry & exterior site concrete. Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required. Strong knowledge of construction management software such as bluebeam. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and contract documents. Experience in quality control processes within the construction industry. Knowledge of pipeline construction practices is a plus. Familiarity with OSHA regulations is required to maintain a safe working environment.
