The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing construction crews, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality control, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget. This role requires strong administrative skills, hands-on construction experience, and the ability to coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance to maintain a secure work environment. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work. Allocate labor and resources effectively to meet project deadlines. Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met, addressing issues as they arise. Communicate project progress, delays, and challenges to the project manager and stakeholders. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Maintain detailed records of work progress, site conditions, and employee attendance.
