Description Oversee all constructionphases, from site preparation to project handover Lead andcoordinate field teams to ensure efficient execution Maintainproject schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones Enforcestrict safety protocols and uphold quality standards Troubleshootand resolve issues to minimize project delays Foster strongrelationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors Monitorbudgets and control costs to stay within financial targets Ensureproper documentation and reporting of project progress Managesubcontractor performance and ensure contract compliance ProfileProven experience in managing commercial, industrial, medical,avition, federal or other construction projects, leading them fromstart to finish.
