LOCAL SUPERINTENDENT NEEDED Position Available In Orange, Florida

Job Description:

Responsibilities Coordinate all construction field activitiesamong subs and other individuals/companies involved Have a strongknowledge of the Construction Documents and ensure complianceSupervise project safety and ensure all workers on site Assessdaily staffing of subcontractors and field workforce Assesssufficient supply of materials and equipment daily Track deliveriesof materials from vendors to avoid delays and onsite material lossParticipate in developing the project schedule Monitor actualversus required performance by all parties Maintain thoroughfamiliarity with the requirements of the general contractResponsible that fieldwork is performed with a high standard ofquality and in an efficient manner Maintain daily progress reportsand conduct weekly job site safety meetings Requirements Six yearsof experience in construction with at least three ProjectSuperintendent roles Excellent organizational and leadership skillswith a commitment to safety Must have a professional attitude andoutstanding communication skills Must have specific knowledge offield supervision for layout, framing, MEP and finish tradesExcellent judgment of drywall, paint and other finish tradesrelative to construction quality A thorough knowledge of federal,state and local building codes Proven track record of safety inconjunction with all OSHA requirements and guidelines All qualifiedapplicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age,color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin,disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status,military status, genetic information, or any other status protectedby applicable laws or regulations.
