We are a labor service company in the construction and other industries emphasizing /specializing in specialty cleaning & customer service. We are looking for a highly organized and full-time or Part Time Office Manager to join and help grow our company.

Requirements:
Required Job Qualifications:

2 Years of College or a Technical or Vocational School. Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and customer service experience. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Proficient with Quick Books. Must have experience doing reconciliation, AR/AP, full cycle bookkeeping, and compliance reports. Able to think critically and logically and have problem-solving skills. Self-starter who can work independently. Assist in implementing and improvement of co-worker’s benefits. Bilingual Preferred (English / Spanish). Results-oriented with a strong commitment to setting and achieving goals. Able to multitask. Able to adapt to change & technology. Able to read construction blueprints – a plus, Knowledge of construction contracts, NTO’s, and Lien Releases. Notary – a must or able to obtain. Create estimates & invoices. Employer conducts background and Drug test screening.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist with daily operations, phones, mail and ing to emails. Prepare and submit payroll and verify attendance to help determine solutions. Handle bank reconciliation and ensure

are current. Manage and create marketing efforts Work with future customers and develop new business. Manage filing/document management system. Assist in oversight of supply and equipment inventory. Identify and help resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. Follow up on insurance issues. Keep management informed by creating reports to include project progress and maintain client information with

Work Schedule:

FT/or PT, Day Shift, Hours for can vary, flexible schedule full time, 40 hrs.

Salary:

To be discussed with employer. Pay Range $56,000 – $62,400 Annual / $26.92 – $30.00 per /hr.
