We’re recruiting a seasoned Director of Preconstruction onbehalf of a top-tier general contractor in Orlando, FL. Description Lead the entirepreconstruction process from concept through GMP, working closelywith owners, architects, and internal teams. Oversee estimating,value engineering, design coordination, constructability reviews,and bid strategy. Develop and manage preconstruction budgets,schedules, and deliverables across multiple large-scale projects.

Collaborate with operations and business development to ensureseamless project transition and client satisfaction. Build, lead,and mentor a high-performing preconstruction team. Stay ahead ofmarket trends, costs, and materials to ensure competitive andaccurate project proposals. Profile 10 years of progressiveexperience in preconstruction, with at least 3 years in aleadership or director-level role. Proven expertise in healthcare,entertainment/theme park, or large commercial constructionprojects. Strong technical background with a deep understanding ofpreconstruction processes, estimating software, and constructiondocuments. Excellent communicator and team leader, able to drivecollaboration between clients, designers, and internalstakeholders.
