  We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive construction projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction sectors, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage construction projects from planning through execution.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project alignment with plans and specifications.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
Proven experience in managing construction projects, preferably in various sectors such as retail, healthcare, or education.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Benefits
