We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate the successful execution of construction plans.
Monitor project progress, prepare regular status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Manage project budgets and resources effectively, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on managing large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods, particularly in Construction.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with construction management software and tools. Benefits
