This role is essential for overseeing various projects and ensuring that operations run smoothly on construction sites. The individual would run wood material to job site and communicate with the client for a customer experience role. Starting at $15 an hour. Duties Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. Coordinate with team members to manage tasks related to drywall installation, concrete forming, plumbing, and welding. Read and interpret schematics to guide project execution and ensure compliance with specifications. Assist in heavy lifting and manual labor as required during various phases of construction. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to facilitate communication and project updates. Monitor project timelines and report progress to management. Experience Proven experience in maintenance person services or a related field within the construction industry. Familiarity with construction tools and equipment, including those used for welding, plumbing, drywall installation, and concrete forming. Ability to read schematics and blueprints effectively. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking on-site. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
