Key Responsibilities Direct and manage all on-site construction activities and teams Coordinate subcontractor schedules and ensure contract compliance Oversee project safety, enforcing OSHA standards and internal policies Maintain detailed daily logs and project documentation Review project plans, specifications, and subcontracts for potential issues Collaborate with the Project Manager on schedule, logistics, and quality control Ensure the successful close-out of each project, including punch list execution Act as the point of contact for inspections and client communications Respond promptly to job-related communication Qualifications Minimum 7 years’ experience in commercial construction (tenant improvements, medical offices, Class A office buildings, financial institutions, tilt-wall) Strong understanding of construction documents and cost analysis OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 and AHCA experience preferred) Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Ability to pass the Jessica Lunsford Act background check High level of proficiency in reading and understanding construction drawings Benefits 401(k) with employer match Bi-weekly pay Medical•100% employee coverage paid Dental and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Life & Disability Insurance (basic, supplemental, short-term, and long-term) Paid Time Off (vacation, sick, holidays) Car Allowance / Mileage Reimbursement Uniforms and Safety Gear Provided Tech Package (smartphone or tablet) Quarterly Company Events, Annual Holiday Party & Monthly Perks Mentorship, Training & Certifications (OSHA, safety, technical, manufacturer-specific) Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday (occasional weekends and after hours based on job demands) Projects may involve travel with per diem provided Work Location Orlando, Florida area and surrounding commercial job sites Equal Opportunity Employer Statement Andrew General Contractors Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
