- Aftermarket, you will perform the duties below: Manage fulfillment of B2B and B2C orders, including day to day management of small package vendors.
(UPS & FedEx). Oversee receiving of LTL freight and confirm all product is accounted for. Maintain product returns at an acceptable level. Ensure the team is following standard operating procedures to guarantee quality products shipped to our customers. Work with team members to identify and develop improved methods to increase efficiency. Comply with all safety standards and requirements to assure a safe and hazard-free warehouse environment with focus on injury prevention. Ensure warehouse space is utilized effectively and always kept clean and orderly. Ensure integrity of inventory and confirm that cycle counts are completed and accurate. Perform other job duties as assigned. Follow Company safety policies, procedures, and processes. Champion our mentality of “Accuracy is Quality” through all tasks. Skills and Experience Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required. High school diploma or equivalent practical experience Leadership experience a plus Strong focus on quality
