Job Summary:
Action Installations & Maintenance (AIM) is seeking a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily field operations on commercial construction sites in the Central Florida region. Projects may include ground-up builds, remodels, and tenant improvements in sectors such as hospitality, retail, and office. The Site Supervisor will coordinate field activities, labor, materials, and schedules to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met in alignment with project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as on-site lead, reporting to the Director of Operations and coordinating closely with Project Managers and Assistant PMs. Supervise day-to-day operations of crews including laborers, tradespeople, and subcontractors. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and site policies. Coordinate delivery, inventory, and placement of materials across multi-story job sites. Communicate effectively with General Contractors, inspectors, clients, and vendors to maintain productive site relationships. Maintain detailed daily reports using ProCore or similar project management software. Interpret blueprints and specifications to manage project sequencing and construction scope. Monitor workforce performance, assist with troubleshooting, and support resolution of job site issues. Schedule manpower and manage project phasing to align with the overall construction timeline.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required; technical training or trade school preferred. Minimum 5 years of hands-on commercial construction experience. 3+ years in a supervisory or site leadership role. Strong understanding of job site logistics, construction sequencing, and safety compliance. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, ProCore, and mobile communication tools. Ability to walk long distances and navigate stairs daily in multi-level job sites. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
