Superintendent Job Description As a Superintendent, you will plan, execute, and oversee construction projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints. You will create and manage project timelines, coordinate with various teams, and supervise construction processes to ensure compliance with project specifications. Additionally, you will interpret architectural and engineering drawings, ensure adherence to OSHA standards, monitor construction quality, and utilize technical software for project management and documentation. You will also manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Supervise construction processes, materials, and methods to ensure compliance with project specifications. Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to guide construction activities. Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM, and MS Project for project management and documentation.
