Commercial Construction / Interiors Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Superintendent with experience in corporate interior projects to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on job sites, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of interior build-outs and tenant improvement projects. Key Responsibilities Supervise on-site construction activities for interior commercial spaces Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers Ensure work meets plans, specs, and safety standards Maintain project schedule and resolve issues as they arise Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting Manage site logistics, deliveries, and quality control Requirements 3+ years of experience as a superintendent in corporate interiors. Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans Excellent communication and problem-solving skills OSHA 30 certification (preferred) Nice to Have Experience working in occupied buildings or Class A office spaces Proficiency with Procore or similar project management tools
