Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent with 10+ years of experience managing ground-up and renovation projects in the hospitality or multifamily sectors. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong background in field operations, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Manage daily operations, including subcontractor coordination, inspections, and safety compliance. Maintain project schedules and communicate progress with project managers and stakeholders. Ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and building codes. Foster a positive and productive job site environment. Conduct regular site meetings and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:
10+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction. A strong background in hospitality and/or multifamily projects is highly preferred. Proven ability to manage complex, high-value projects from start to finish. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools.
