  We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.

The Superintendent will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of construction processes and practices. Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Coordinate and schedule work activities and resources to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers, fostering positive relationships and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to provide updates and address concerns.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and change orders.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with all project stakeholders.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in various types of construction, including retail, commercial, educational, assisted living, office, healthcare, and industrial construction is a plus. Benefits
