  We are seeking a skilled Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while effectively coordinating with all stakeholders involved. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations on construction sites and manage field staff
Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards
Prepare and manage project schedules and reports
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to on-site challenges
Communicate effectively with project managers and other team members to align project goals
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Experience with commercial and multifamily construction projects is a plus
Familiarity with warehouse, hospitality, and retail construction is desirable
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field is preferred Benefits
