JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform Building Supervisor & Subordinate responsibilities as needed Attend training workshops, seminars and/or other related staff development programs Ensure company standards are met in compliance with janitorial specifications. Tour buildings as assigned for inspections, tenant contact, and follow-ups. Perform all general cleaning duties as needed to fill in for absent employees or to assist with completion of work. Follow up on all completed work assignments and return completed work orders to Operations Manager. Recommend and coordinate all disciplinary actions, promotions and demotions with Operations Manager. Perform annual and general assessments of site based cleaning crews. Assist Operations Manager with scheduling of work load for special projects, cleaning crews and Floor Techs. Assist Operations Manager by providing immediate and direct supervision of cleaning crews and floor techs. Responsible for adhering to and enforcing established company policies Conduct job site inspections and follow-up walk- thru’s at both Special Services projects and janitorial accounts.
