We move quickly, and for the last three to four years, we have grown by 300% annually. We have more than ten upcoming possibilities to design and construct brand-new data centers from the bottom up. We are looking for a traveling superintendent who has data center/design and build experience. Position Overview
The Traveling Superintendent will oversee the construction and installation of data center facilities across various locations. This position requires extensive travel and a strong background in electrical power distribution, cooling systems, and containment designs, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and construction activities at various job sites nationwide.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Manage the installation of electrical power distribution systems, cooling systems, and containment designs for data centers.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate project status and quality of work.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for management review.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders during project execution. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in construction management, specifically in data center/electrical mechanical projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution, cooling systems, and containment designs.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and client relationships.
Willingness to travel extensively to different job sites.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
