We are seeking a Warranty Coordinator to serve as the critical liaison between homeowners, trade partners, and our internal team. This role blends administrative responsibilities with field service coordination. If you are an experienced construction Warranty Coordinator with proven success in resolving homeowner concerns professionally and efficiently, if you are capable of building strong partnerships with inspectors and trade partners, and you are willing and able to complete minor handyman-level repairs when needed, apply now for consideration to join our growing and dynamic team! Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

Administrative & Reporting Duties:

Receive and log homeowner warranty requests using the company’s CRM or warranty management system. Schedule and track service calls, warranty inspections, and trade partner appointments. Communicate regularly with homeowners to set expectations, confirm appointments, and follow up on service satisfaction. Maintain warranty files and generate reports on recurring issues or trends. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure warranty items are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Prepare documentation for post-closing walk-throughs and one-year warranty inspections.

Field Responsibilities:

Conduct field inspections of warranty claims to assess validity and determine next steps. Meet with local government officials, inspectors, and homeowners to resolve warranty-related concerns. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors during warranty repairs to ensure quality and timeliness. Perform light handyman work, such as adjusting doors, repairing minor drywall issues, caulking, paint touch-ups, or hardware adjustments. Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle stocked with necessary tools and materials.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in residential homebuilding, construction customer service, or warranty coordination. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and finishes—especially in high-end or luxury homes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional demeanor with a focus on customer service and homeowner satisfaction. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents. Comfortable using project management or warranty software platforms. Basic handyman or general carpentry/repair skills are required. Must be able to work independently in the field and in the office.
