Wood Framing Superintendent Confidential Orlando, FL Wood Framing Superintendent Looking for a competent Wood Framing Superintendent to coordinate operations and oversee workers at a construction site.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans. Work with schedules and monitor attendance of crew. Allocate general and daily responsibilities. Ensure manpower and resources are adequate. Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met. Work with Project Manager to resolve problems when they arise.
Requirements:
Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines. Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints. Experience with wood framing and ability to operate a lull forklift required. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to communicate and report effectively. Aptitude in math. Problem solving abilities. High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade.
